Browsing and trackers

In its current configuration, the BTM Studio showcase website does not use advertising, analytics or profiling cookies and contains no data-collection form.

Technical logs may nevertheless be generated by the hosting infrastructure to operate and secure the service. They may include the IP address, connection date, browser and requested resource.

Email contact

When you email BTM Studio, your address, message and any information you choose to provide are used only to answer your request, provide support or handle a security report.

These exchanges are kept for as long as needed, then for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a legal or security requirement justifies a different period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, and subject to its conditions, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and restriction of or objection to certain processing. Send requests to support@btm-studio.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

BTM Studio apps

Apps may process data specific to their features. Their dedicated policy takes precedence for that processing. See the policies for CrewQuest and TravelQuest.
